ENGLISH VERSION

1. Organiser

  1. The organiser of all competitions is Radio POSK, belonging to the Polish Social and Cultural Association (POSK), based in London, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

  1. Competitions are open to listeners aged 16 or over, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Employees, volunteers, and close family members of Radio POSK or POSK are not eligible to participate.
  3. Only one entry per person per competition is allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  4. Participants under 18 may require consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive prizes.

3. How to enter

  1. Entry details including how, when, and where to participate will be announced on air and or on the Radio POSK website and social media channels.
  2. By entering, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prizes

  1. Prizes may include physical items, tickets to events, symbolic rewards such as Radio POSK merchandise, or invitations to appear on air.
  2. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. If the prize is provided by a partner or sponsor, Radio POSK is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of such prizes.

5. Winner selection and notification

  1. Winners will be selected according to the method announced, such as random draw, correct answer, or judged performance.
  2. All competitions will be run fairly and transparently, in compliance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code issued by the Office of Communications.
  3. Winners will be contacted using the details provided and may be announced on air or online.
  4. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Radio POSK reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Data protection (UK GDPR)

  1. Personal data of participants will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and awarding prizes.
  2. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver prizes from sponsors or partners.
  3. All data will be securely deleted after the competition unless the participant has agreed to further contact, for example a newsletter.

7. Sponsored or partner competitions

  1. Where a competition is organised in partnership with another company or sponsor, this will be clearly stated on air and in promotional materials.
  2. Sponsors may provide prizes but have no influence over the outcome of the competition.

8. Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding the running of a competition should be submitted in writing to redakcja@radioposk.org.
  2. Radio POSK will respond within 14 days.

9. Legal notice

  1. Radio POSK reserves the right to amend or cancel any competition at any time without prior notice if necessary.
  2. The decision of Radio POSK is final.
  3. Competitions are governed by English law.

10. On air competitions

  1. Participation in on air competitions may be recorded and broadcast.

  1. Organizatorem wszystkich konkursów jest Radio POSK, należące do Polskiego Ośrodka Społeczno Kulturalnego (POSK) w Londynie, Wielka Brytania.

2. Uczestnicy

  1. Konkursy są otwarte dla osób w wieku 16 lat i więcej, chyba że w ogłoszeniu wskazano inaczej.
  2. Pracownicy, wolontariusze oraz osoby spokrewnione z zespołem POSK lub Radia POSK nie mogą brać udziału w konkursach.
  3. Każdy uczestnik może wziąć udział tylko jeden raz, chyba że zaznaczono inaczej.
  4. Osoby poniżej 18 roku życia mogą być zobowiązane do uzyskania zgody rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego na odbiór nagrody.

3. Zasady udziału

  1. Sposób oraz termin udziału w konkursie zostaną każdorazowo ogłoszone na antenie, stronie internetowej lub w mediach społecznościowych Radia POSK.
  2. Zgłoszenie do konkursu oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.
  3. Zgłoszenia po terminie nie będą uwzględniane.

4. Nagrody

  1. Nagrody mogą obejmować upominki rzeczowe, bilety na wydarzenia, nagrody symboliczne takie jak gadżety Radia POSK lub zaproszenia do udziału w audycji na antenie.
  2. Nagrody nie podlegają wymianie na gotówkę ani przeniesieniu na inne osoby.
  3. W przypadku nagród dostarczanych przez partnerów Radio POSK nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ich jakość, dostępność ani sposób dostarczenia.

5. Wyłanianie zwycięzców

  1. Zwycięzcy wybierani są zgodnie z zasadami ogłoszonymi w danym konkursie, na przykład poprzez losowanie, poprawną odpowiedź lub ocenę jury.
  2. Konkursy prowadzone są uczciwie i przejrzyście, zgodnie z zasadami Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
  3. Zwycięzcy mogą zostać ogłoszeni na antenie lub w Internecie.
  4. Jeśli zwycięzca nie odpowie w ciągu 7 dni, Radio POSK może wybrać inną osobę.

6. Ochrona danych (UK GDPR)

  1. Dane uczestników przetwarzane są wyłącznie w celu przeprowadzenia konkursu oraz przekazania nagrody.
  2. Dane nie są przekazywane osobom trzecim, chyba że jest to konieczne do realizacji nagrody przez partnera.
  3. Po zakończeniu konkursu dane są usuwane, chyba że uczestnik wyraził zgodę na dalszy kontakt, na przykład newsletter.

7. Konkursy z partnerami i sponsorami

  1. W przypadku konkursów organizowanych wspólnie z partnerami lub sponsorami informacja o tym zostanie wyraźnie podana na antenie oraz w materiałach promocyjnych.
  2. Partnerzy mogą dostarczać nagrody, jednak nie mają wpływu na wynik konkursu.

8. Reklamacje

  1. Wszelkie uwagi lub reklamacje dotyczące konkursów należy kierować na adres redakcja@radioposk.org.
  2. Radio POSK udzieli odpowiedzi w terminie 14 dni.

9. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Radio POSK zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany lub odwołania konkursu w dowolnym momencie, jeśli zajdzie taka potrzeba.
  2. Decyzje Radia POSK są ostateczne.
  3. Konkursy podlegają prawu angielskiemu.

10. Konkursy na żywo

  1. Udział w konkursach antenowych może wiązać się z nagrywaniem oraz emisją wypowiedzi uczestnika.
