1. Organiser
- The organiser of all competitions is Radio POSK, belonging to the Polish Social and Cultural Association (POSK), based in London, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility
- Competitions are open to listeners aged 16 or over, unless otherwise stated.
- Employees, volunteers, and close family members of Radio POSK or POSK are not eligible to participate.
- Only one entry per person per competition is allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Participants under 18 may require consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive prizes.
3. How to enter
- Entry details including how, when, and where to participate will be announced on air and or on the Radio POSK website and social media channels.
- By entering, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prizes
- Prizes may include physical items, tickets to events, symbolic rewards such as Radio POSK merchandise, or invitations to appear on air.
- Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the prize is provided by a partner or sponsor, Radio POSK is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of such prizes.
5. Winner selection and notification
- Winners will be selected according to the method announced, such as random draw, correct answer, or judged performance.
- All competitions will be run fairly and transparently, in compliance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code issued by the Office of Communications.
- Winners will be contacted using the details provided and may be announced on air or online.
- If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Radio POSK reserves the right to select another winner.
6. Data protection (UK GDPR)
- Personal data of participants will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and awarding prizes.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver prizes from sponsors or partners.
- All data will be securely deleted after the competition unless the participant has agreed to further contact, for example a newsletter.
7. Sponsored or partner competitions
- Where a competition is organised in partnership with another company or sponsor, this will be clearly stated on air and in promotional materials.
- Sponsors may provide prizes but have no influence over the outcome of the competition.
8. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the running of a competition should be submitted in writing to redakcja@radioposk.org.
- Radio POSK will respond within 14 days.
9. Legal notice
- Radio POSK reserves the right to amend or cancel any competition at any time without prior notice if necessary.
- The decision of Radio POSK is final.
- Competitions are governed by English law.
10. On air competitions
- Participation in on air competitions may be recorded and broadcast.
